Quick start

Create a trip
Set the trip name, dates, budget, currency, and time zone. This becomes the home for all expenses.

Add expenses
Record amount, category, payment method, notes, and optional product or receipt photos.

Review insights
See totals, category breakdowns, and trends. Premium adds advanced analytics.

Track category, payment method, products, notes, and time spent. Everything stays tied to the trip.

Store expenses in the original currency and see totals converted for your trip reports.

Receipts and photos
Attach receipt or product photos to expenses. Max file size is 50 MB.
Locations and maps
Location is optional. When enabled, Trackkie can save coordinates and a place label for an expense so you can view it on a map.

Use the map screen to search for a place, pick a nearby location, or drop a pin.

Maps are provided by Apple Maps on iOS and Google Maps on Android.

Guest mode
Guest data is linked to a device and session ID. Deleting the app can remove access to guest data.

Sign up to sync across devices and keep trips backed up in the cloud.

Use Clear Guest Data or Delete Account from Profile to remove your data.
Troubleshooting

Sync issues
Check your connection and pull to refresh. If problems persist, sign out and sign in again.
GPS
Location not working
Enable Location permission for Trackkie in your device settings.
EML
Verification email missing
Check spam and resend the code from the app. Make sure your email is correct.
IMG
Photo upload fails
Large images over 50 MB cannot be uploaded. Try a smaller file.
