How we share information

We only share data with service providers needed to run Trackkie.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our users, the service, or our rights.

Retention and deletion

Deleted trips and expenses are soft deleted and removed from the app immediately. We keep them for up to 30 days before permanent removal. If you delete your account or clear guest data, we delete your data right away. Backups may retain data for a limited period.

You may request access, deletion, and correction of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We collect the categories listed above to provide the service, handle billing, and maintain security. We do not sell or share personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100 percent secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children's privacy

Trackkie is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date at the top of the page when changes are made.
